Abstract The propagation of the modulated wave (MW) pattern and its instability in nonlinear medium is an important study from where experimental results are obtained. In this work, we use Schrödinger equation (NLSE) with saturation nonlinearity (SN) which describes solitonic waves molecular chain (MC) model. We set our on effectiveness acoustic longitudinal velocity (ALV) related to vibration investigate behavior MW patterns as well modulation (MI) gain. Its that ALV creates zones, increases MI bands, shortens transition regime pattern. For a long time simulation great enough value ALV, MWs feature chaos-like motion. Alongside these obvious itself tool control energy source for diverse MW-shaped MC.
